COSE attaches great importance to the protection and respect of your personal data. The purpose of this policy is to inform you of our practices regarding the collection, use and sharing of information that you may provide to us through our website www.cose.fr or during our exchanges.
This policy describes how we treat the personal data we collect when you browse our site and/or when you transmit data to us. We invite you to read this document to learn and understand our practices regarding the processing of your personal data.
In the remainder of this document, User refers to any natural or legal person who visits the COSE site, fills in contact forms and uses any functionality of the site.
Customer refers to any User using COSE products.

  • Collection of information and nature of the information collected
    • COSE does not collect information when visiting its website.

    COSE only collects the information you provide in the contact form or during an email contact,
    The information collected includes in particular:

    • identification data: name, first name, e-mail address, telephone number, country, type of industry, company, profession, reason for using our products
    • contact data: email, telephone number, service, postal address.

    COSE does not receive or record information about the user’s computer and browser, including IP address, software and hardware used, and the page(s) requested.

    Any request for the exercise of rights must be accompanied by a photocopy of two pieces of identification. COSE sends its response to the user within one month of receiving the request.
    If at any time the user wishes to unsubscribe and no longer receive emails, explicit unsubscribe instructions are included on the contact page.
    The customer’s or user’s personal data is not sold, exchanged, transferred or given to another company for any reason whatsoever, unless it is necessary to respond to a request.

    Two cookies are used by the COSE site: WordPress Cookies

    1. wordpress_test_cookie: this cookie is used by the WordPress tool to check if cookies are enabled in your browser.
    1. pll_language: this cookie is used by Polylang, a translation tool to store your preferred language.

    However, the user can configure his computer as follows to refuse the installation of cookies:
    In Internet Explorer: tool tab (pictogram in the shape of a cog in the top right corner) / internet options. Click on Privacy and choose Blocked all cookies. Confirm with Ok.
    Under Firefox: at the top of the browser window, click on the Firefox button, then go to the Options tab. Click on the Privacy tab. Set the Retention Rules to: Use the custom settings for the history. Finally, uncheck it to disable cookies.
    Under Safari: Click on the menu pictogram at the top right of the browser (symbolized by a cog). Select Settings. Click Show Advanced Settings. In the “Privacy” section, click on Content Settings. In the “Cookies” section, you can block cookies.
    Under Google Chrome: In the upper right corner, click More Settings. At the bottom, click on Advanced Settings.
    In the “Privacy and Security” section, click on Site Settings. Click on Cookies “Show all cookies” and site data “Delete all”. Confirm the deletion by clicking on “Delete All”.
